This policy explains how TokFlow processes personal data in connection with the use of the platform, registration, submitting requests and contacting the team. It applies to users of the marketplace and the co-ownership direction.
During registration you provide your name, email, phone, country and other data indicated in the registration form. You may also share information in requests to list assets and in correspondence with TokFlow. Sign-in via Google is available on the platform. Using this sign-in method is also governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.
The data provided during registration is used to create an account and access its features. Information from requests and enquiries is needed to review them, communicate with you and work with your offers.
On the marketplace you can move on to contacting an agent or asset owner. During further interaction, consider which personal data you provide to the other party and through which service you communicate.
You can contact TokFlow regarding access to your personal data, its correction or deletion. Other rights, including restriction of processing, objection to it and data portability, apply in the cases provided for by law. If processing is based on consent, it can be withdrawn. You also have the right to contact the competent data protection authority. To delete your account, send a request to the TokFlow team. Deleting an account does not mean an automatic sale of a share or the termination of rights and obligations under concluded deals. Requests regarding data are considered taking into account applicable legal requirements.
Keep your sign-in details secret and do not share access with third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify TokFlow at security@tokflow.com (if the address is invalid — info@tokflow.io).
TokFlow may update this policy in connection with changes in how the platform operates or in applicable requirements. The current version is published on this page. An update to the policy does not in itself replace obtaining consent where it is required for the relevant data processing.
